BYK was founded in 2008 by brothers, Paul and Tim Woodmansee. The brothers come from four generations of talented construction and home builders in the Skagit County area. A multi-generational company, BYK Construction’s roots span back through Tim and Paul’s great-grandfather and grandfather who built cabinets in the area. Their father, a successful home builder-turned-developer, taught Paul and Tim quality construction principles. Additionally, their mother has been a successful real estate agent in the area for over 20 years. These generations have passed on their talents to the founders of BYK Construction.
For Tim and Paul, building quality homes is not just a motto but a way of life. With inborn knowledge of the home industry in Skagit County, Tim and Paul are in a unique position to offer their clients a residential construction or commercial building that will prove to be a good investment. Since 2008, quite possibly the worst economy in recent history, BYK Construction has enjoyed a flawless track record, which speaks volumes as to the level of success the company has experienced.
