BYK Construction offers services for commercial remodeling and new commercial construction across Skagit and Snohomish County. Our portfolio ranges from offices to clinics to apartment buildings. Not only do we build or remodel commercial spaces with the client’s needs in mind, we also take into account how their customers or tenants will use said spaces. 

Our commercial work covers both New Construction and Tenant Improvement. For New Construction, we will construct a space for your business from the ground up. Following our tried and tested design process, your newly constructed BYK Construction building or office will be built according to your specific needs. For Tenant Improvement, we will honor and work with the limits of a lease agreement while still giving our 100% to the design and construction process. Our aim is to give you a place of business where you can grow and be a pride of Skagit County.
