Brickyard Park is Sedro Woolley’s newest 55 and older community featuring an array of house plans ranging from 1100 square feet to 2000 square feet. Brickyard Park’s community amenities include a 1 acre park that features a community clubhouse, bocce ball courts, walking trails, an outdoor stage and outdoor entertaining areas. Homes will be available Spring of 2021.
